Senior Director, Business Development

📋 Description

• Define and execute the partnership strategy for DigitalOcean’s AI product suite.
• Identify emerging AI partnership opportunities and create playbooks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to secure AI technology alliances.
• Lead end-to-end partner evaluations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop business models (marketplace, OEM, referrals) aligned with strategy.
• Drive negotiations and execution of commercial agreements with Finance/Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise building strategic technology partnerships in AI and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements (OEM, revenue share, bespoke models).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Robust technical acumen to navigate and communicate sophisticated tech frameworks.
• Deep familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem including agent frameworks.
