Senior Director Business Development (Technology Partnerships & Marketplace)

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and continued growth of the technology partner ecosystem and
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships that expand product capabilities
• Develop category-level partnership strategies, including target partners, value propositions
• Build scalable processes for partner sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, enablement, performance
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to influence integration capabilities, Marketplace
• Establish commercial frameworks, deal structures, negotiation approaches, and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, HCM, fintech, enterprise software, or another
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem development
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or monetizing a technology partner ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage complex partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from opportunity
• Strong commercial judgment and experience with partner business models, revenue-sharing structures

• Base salary range of $240,000–$265,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills
