📋 Description

• Lead translational medicine and biomarker strategy across oncology programs.
• Define and oversee biomarker plans supporting late-stage development in solid tumors.
• Partner with clinical development, regulatory, diagnostics, and commercial teams to align biomarker strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners to leverage Natera capabilities for translational research.
• Support lifecycle strategies for differentiation, launch readiness, reimbursement, and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in relevant science (PhD/MD/DVM) preferred.
• 15+ years in translational medicine, biomarker development, or oncology.
• Biomarker-driven clinical development and medical affairs across early- and late-stage oncology.
• Proven ability to build external scientific relationships and represent organizations.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and execution across cross-functional teams.
