📋 Description

• Senior executive responsible for strategic and operational leadership across the full clinical
• Lead clinical operations strategy and execution as part of the executive leadership team.
• Oversee trial execution, site activation, enrollment strategies, monitoring, data management
• Ensure programs progress on timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Develop and implement operational plans supporting growth, partnerships, and long-term objectives.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement across development functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree preferred (MD, PharmD, PhD, RN, MS) or equivalent experience.
• MBA or formal business management training strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Experience overseeing multiple development functions (clinical ops, regulatory, quality
• Proven track record managing programs across multiple phases, IND-enabling activities, and global
• Ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing clinical ops organizations and manage outsourced
