📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide compliance program across healthcare regs.
• Develop and manage policies, governance, and SOPs.
• Oversee HIPAA Privacy/Security; support GDPR as needed.
• Manage ethics, investigations, hotline, sanctions, and reporting.
• Oversee FDA, digital health, devices, and regulatory changes.
• Design education/training; promote proactive compliance culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Deep knowledge of OIG Seven Elements; implement frameworks.
• HIPAA/privacy expertise; GDPR knowledge a plus.
• FDA/regulatory experience with devices/ SaMD preferred.
• Leadership in multi-state telehealth/healthcare orgs.
• Telehealth regs understanding; multi-state prescribing.
