Senior Director, Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end corporate accounting function, overseeing financial close, consolidation
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across U.S. and international entities
• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including intercompany
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership, the Board, investors, and
• Own the external audit relationship and coordinate audit activities to ensure efficient
• Maintain and strengthen the internal control environment, developing scalable and audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant
• CPA certification required.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, revenue
• Demonstrated experience operating in a high-growth, multi-entity environment and building
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing accounting teams.
