• Build, structure and develop a team of managers and senior specialists in content and search
• Align executives and cross-functional leaders on content priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, including substantial experience leading content, editorial or content
• A record of hiring, structuring and developing a team that includes managers and senior
• Demonstrated editorial excellence: a body of flagship content, research or thought leadership that
• Experience owning organic search strategy and results, and connecting content to measurable
• A strategic operator who balances long-term content programs with near-term marketing impact
• Practical AI fluency: specific examples of AI tools configured or connected and their results
