Senior Director, Credit Risk

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute strategies across credit line management (CLM), overlimit rules
• Oversee real-time decisioning engines (automated rules, custom logic, and third-party tools) for
• Design, execute, and monitor A/B tests and champion/challenger strategies to optimize portfolio
• Lead partner relationships with major credit bureaus (e.g., TransUnion, Equifax) regarding credit
• Build, validate, implement, and track custom credit risk scorecards with the Data Analytics team.
• Support Credit Risk Portfolio Management in refining credit loss models, provisioning forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive credit risk experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience with automated decisioning engines, loss forecasting models, credit bureau
• Expertise running A/B testing frameworks, evaluating roll rates (30+, 90+), and managing
• Solid understanding of credit policies, governance standards, and Canadian regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and elevate analytical teams, fostering a culture of
• Ability to adapt functional strategies quickly during economic shifts or operational disruptions
