Senior Director, Data Platform and AI

📋 Description

• Drive the company-wide AI agenda by scaling local AI into centralized systems.
• Own cross-functional AI initiatives to transform operations.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to embed AI into platform and workflows.
• Be the technical authority for data/AI infra across MLOps and data systems.
• Oversee scalable corporate data platform for AI/ML capabilities.
• Transform internal knowledge base by building data architecture for searchable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine passion for AI and evidence of driving organizational change in workflows.
• Experience in service-delivery or complex operations where data strategy impacts workflows.
• Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems, or platform infra.
• Deep experience with distributed data systems, MLOps pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Proven success building and scaling asynchronous data structures, ML routing, or high-volume APIs.
• Ability to view the organization holistically and drive internal adoption of AI transformations.
