  • Lead global Deal Desk org, hiring, enablement, and rhythm.
  • Own end-to-end Deal Desk and Order Management service model.
  • Exec escalation point for complex, non-standard deals.
  • Own commercial model for consumption-priced and hybrid offers.
  • Partner with Product and Pricing to implement pricing rules/workflows.
  • Define guardrails for multi-year, usage-based terms and non-standard deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant leadership in Deal Desk, Pricing, or quote-to-cash.
  • Deep understanding of software pricing models (per-user, tiered, multi-year, usage-based, hybrid).
  • Strong knowledge of bookings policy and revenue recognition.
  • Fluency with CRM and billing systems such as Salesforce and Zuora.
  • Experience designing or improving approval workflows and CPQ-enabled quoting.
  • Strong commercial judgment across direct, channel, private offers, and non-standard sales motions.
