Senior Director, Demand Generation (Remote)

📋 Description

• Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources in partnership with
• Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels
• Build channel pilot plans and strategy, success criteria, and scale or kill recommendations
• Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners driving to Experian
• Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams, ensuring best
• Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Experience launching and scaling new channels
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
• Minor travel required
