📋 Description

• Lead growth, development, and delivery of Digital Workplace capabilities at 3Cloud.
• Define integrated portfolio spanning Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration, security, and adoption.
• Shape opportunities with Microsoft, Cognizant, and Sales teams.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, HR leaders, CISOs, and executives.
• Position Digital Workplace as a strategic transformation to boost productivity.
• Serve as market-facing practice leader and trusted advisor to senior client executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration, or related fields.
• 8+ years in formal leadership roles in consulting, architecture, or professional services.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra, and Windows.
• Experience leading enterprise workplace transformation or 365 modernization initiatives.
• Proven success developing and selling consulting services with pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
