Senior Director/Director, Medical Science Liaisons (Neuromuscular/DMD)

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing MSL org with vision, structure, priorities
• Develop field medical strategies aligned with Medical Affairs
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach MSLs
• Lead KOL engagement and national expert relationships
• Ensure MSLs have current scientific resources
• Capture field insights to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate or master’s in science/medicine (MD, PharmD, PhD, MPH, etc.)
• ≥5 years MSL experience and ≥3 years leading MSL teams
• Therapeutic expertise in DMD or rare pediatric neuromuscular diseases
• Proven leadership and coaching of field professionals
• Experience setting goals and leading field strategies
• Strong scientific communication and KOL engagement
