• 12+ years in hands-on software engineering with production systems.

• Track record scaling large software systems (CI/CD, release, infra).
• Strong judgment across developer-facing product and platform architecture.
• Cloud infrastructure and IaC experience; Kubernetes and AWS valuable.
• Telemetry, metrics, and analytics to improve productivity and health.
