• Own the end-to-end software delivery pipeline across CI and release enablement.
• Set portfolio priorities and resource allocation with leadership and stakeholders.
• Improve internal engineering experience while boosting reliability and scalability.
• Establish and evolve mechanisms for measuring developer productivity and system health.
• Grow managers, strengthen succession depth, and clarify expectations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for cross-functional trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• 6+ years managing multiple teams in a distributed org and hiring.
• Track record of scaling large software systems, including CI/CD or dev infra.
• Strong judgment across developer-facing product experience and platform architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; Kubernetes and AWS.
• Familiarity with telemetry, metrics, and analytics to improve developer productivity.
