• Lead enterprise compliance program execution and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years healthcare compliance or risk management experience
• 5+ years leading compliance teams
• Experience with OIG Compliance Program Guidance
• Experience in regulated healthcare organizations
• Track record of translating regulatory changes into controls
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
