🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare operations or related field.
• 7+ years senior leadership experience leading managers.
• Experience leading complex issue resolution and escalation management.
• Strong understanding of payer operations (claims, network, utilization).
• Proven ability to build operating models, governance, metrics.
• Experience leading change management across cross-functional teams.
