📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic communications advisor to the President and CFO, shaping external
• Build and lead a holistic, 360-degree executive communications framework for the President and CFO
• Develop and continuously evolve differentiated narratives around ServiceNow's financial
• Advise on speaking strategy and venue selection for the President and CFO.
• Develop and manage a robust annual communications calendar aligned to earnings cycles, investor
• Establish and design processes to ensure timely execution, governance, and publication of all

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, consulting, or executive
• Demonstrated experience advising executives on financial narrative, external positioning, and
• Experience building and executing multi-functional communications strategies across investor
• Experience crafting executive-level thought leadership and social strategies.
• Strong track record in a matrixed, high-growth technology company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
