📋 Description

• Lead the PV Medical Writing function, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables.
• Develop and manage the PV Medical Writing team, fostering growth and engagement.
• Oversee quality, compliance, inspections, and continuous improvement (SOPs, KPIs, audits).
• Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients and project teams.
• Support business development: proposals, bid defenses, client engagements.
• Manage resources, budgets, and operations for efficient service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive pharmacovigilance and PV Medical Writing leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of global PV regulations; expert in aggregate safety reports and procedures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, inspections, and PV system oversight (QPPV/deputy QPPV).
• Strong business acumen with proposals and client engagement experience.
• Excellent scientific, regulatory, and analytical skills; translate data into clear documents.
