📋 Description

• Lead the PV Medical Writing function with high-quality, compliant deliverables.
• Manage and develop the PV Medical Writing team for growth.
• Oversee quality, compliance, inspections, and SOPs.
• Provide strategic PV medical writing expertise to clients and teams.
• Support business development: proposals, bid defenses, client engagements.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and delivery performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or healthcare; PhD preferred.
• Extensive pharmacovigilance and PV Writing leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of global PV regulations; aggregate safety reporting.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, inspections, and QPPV duties.
• Strong business acumen; proposals and client engagements.
• Excellent scientific/regulatory communication; translate data clearly.
