• Set and continuously evolve Halter's external strategy across regulatory & market access
• Clear the regulatory path, engaging regulators early and securing approvals for new geographies.
• Own Halter's public story, directing media and PR.
• Shape policy, standards, and the rules of the game in Halter's favour.
• Hold senior external relationships with regulators, industry leaders, and media.
• Lead and develop the External Relations team across NZ, AU, and US.
