Senior Director Finance, GTM

📋 Description

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business
• Drive our efforts to better serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and/or
• Apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making related to unit economics
• Improve the speed and efficiency of our growth by collaborating closely with Product, Marketing
• Apply a data-driven analytical approach to influence decision making and support company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth
• 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps (with a material data / financial focus) roles
• Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics, including a strong
• Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $191,000 - $338,000
