📋 Description

• Set the strategy, vision, and direction for finance support across cost-of-revenue and operational
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational strategy, financial

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 7–10 years or more of finance leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build
• Deep expertise in cost accounting and operational finance, including inventory, standard costs
• Significant experience providing strategic financial leadership within complex manufacturing and
• Experience leading finance organizations in regulated industries such as medical devices
• Public-company finance leadership experience, including working with internal and external auditors
