Senior Director Financial Reporting / Global Accounting Controller

📋 Description

• Own financial reporting and IFRS compliance for Cognite group (consolidated)
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the consolidated group
• Build scalable controls and processes; own P2P, banking, and treasury
• Lead international accounting operations across subsidiaries
• Drive AI-first finance: AI-enabled close, automated reconciliations
• Partner with auditors and tax advisors; ensure audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting and finance, incl. auditing or controller roles
• IFRS knowledge and experience preparing financial statements
• Strong GL and month-end/year-end close experience
• Proven leadership and team-management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient with financial software, ERP and reporting tools
