Senior Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own annual planning and quarterly forecasting end-to-end.
• Partner with executives; deliver board-ready financial packages.
• Build long-range financial model; track ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV.
• Drive product-level and segment-level P&L; inform pricing and GTM decisions.
• Partner with accounting/rev rec to align forecast with actuals.
• Lead FP&A infrastructure development; automation for real-time visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years corporate finance; 4+ years FP&A leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS (>$300M ARR).
• Deep SaaS unit economics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback; Rule of 40.
• Proven ability to build/lead mature FP&A with cross-functional credibility.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills across multiple altitudes.
• Strong executive presence; distill complex dynamics into clear narratives.
• Experience owning company-wide planning: AOP, long-range, reforecast, board reporting.
