Senior Director FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead a team that oversees all aspects of FP&A at Kikoff
• Own Kikoff's annual operating budget, quarterly plans, weekly and daily forecasts, and long-range
• Prepare and present executive and board-level reporting packages, including the monthly financial
• Build, develop, and grow a high-performing FP&A team, setting a high bar for analytical rigor
• Champion the use of AI across FP&A workflows to automate routine work and speed up analysis
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to business leaders across marketing, product, engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or a related financial discipline, with
• Background at a late-stage or public fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or internet company with
• Demonstrated track record of financial leadership at a late-stage private or newly public company
• AI-first mindset with a track record of driving cross-functional adoption of AI tools in financial
• Experience with modern planning systems: Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or comparable tools; ability
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, compelling narratives for
