Senior Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Establish scalable FP&A practices, processes, and standards
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the President and executive leadership team
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to shape business priorities
• Own end-to-end P&L accountability across all product lines
• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or
• 8+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams
• Proficient at understanding and communicating financial implications of business decisions
• Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to executives
• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills
• Demonstrated experience building scalable finance processes
