Senior Director, Fund Administration (Real Estate Credit)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end fund accounting for real estate private credit clients, incl NAV
• Build and grow customer relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue
• Review and approve client-facing deliverables to ensure quality
• Lead strategic projects on automation, reporting, and product functionality
• Provide expert consulting to clients and internal teams
• Act as senior point of contact for client CFOs, controllers, and finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience
• 5+ years managing and coaching high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related
• Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions and PE fund reporting
• Solid knowledge of waterfall, IRRs, distributions and capital calls
• Experience with IFRS is a plus but not required
