Senior Director, Global AI Native & POD Program

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end PoD operating cadence for MongoDB's strategic global accounts.
• Partner with global account leaders for governance, exec reporting, and cross-regional alignment.
• Coordinate account planning cycles, QBRs, and executive engagement across PoD.
• Design and refine global account segmentation across strategic, AI/Digital Native, and Acquisition.
• Build repeatable whitespace analysis to identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
• Provide program management for AI-native, digital-native, and new acquisition GTM motions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in sales strategy, revenue ops, program mgmt, or consulting in enterprise software.
• Proven experience designing and running global ABP programs for strategic/named accounts.
• Experience with regulated verticals (financial services, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or digital-native segments and/or M&A integration.
• Strong quantitative skills: TAM/SAM modeling, segmentation analytics, quota sizing.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
