Senior Director, Global Compensation

📋 Description

• Develop and implement competitive global compensation strategies covering salary structures
• Design and administer annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, short- and long-term incentives
• Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and
• Anticipate compensation risks and pay equity gaps, establish appropriate controls, and develop
• Build cost and impact models for new and evolving compensation programs, applying AI and advanced
• Provide data-driven compensation recommendations to executives, business leaders, and HR

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading compensation programs within large, global technology
• Proven ability to design and implement compensation strategies for geographically dispersed
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to build models
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for compensation analytics, modeling, reporting, or program
• Strong knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and comparable global pay equity and
• In-depth knowledge of global compensation benchmarking surveys, methodologies, and market practices.
