📋 Description

• Lead the global enablement organization, setting strategy and operating model for field, technical
• Build role-based programs for every field role including AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer
• Own role-based certifications and in-person onboarding bootcamps for all GTM hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record building and scaling enablement for multiple field roles, including AEs, SDRs
• Experience enabling a GTM organization through a transition from a single product to a
