Senior Director, Global Pricing Execution

📋 Description

• Establish the global pricing architecture, including list-price strategy, country sequencing, price
• Partner with Global Market Access to develop integrated pricing and reimbursement strategies that
• Lead the development of global price business cases and financial models covering gross-to-net
• Define pricing guardrails, discounting principles, Innovative Access Agreements (IAAs), approval
• Partner with regional and country teams to adapt global pricing strategies to local healthcare
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations and IT to design and implement fit-for-purpose pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree such as a PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or equivalent in Health Economics, Public Policy
• 12+ years of experience in global pricing, market access, health economics, or government policy
• Deep understanding of global pricing and reimbursement systems, including the U.S., EU4+UK, Japan
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership, shape strategic decisions, and translate complex
• Strong analytical, quantitative, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the executive presence required to
