Maintain master risk register and run annual risk reviews across regions.
Set AI governance standards and translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, NIST).
Establish vendor and third-party risk management standards.
Manage global insurance programs and lead SOC 2 and ESG compliance.
Coordinate compliance across regions and engage with clients on risk matters.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in risk management, compliance, or legal operations.
5+ years in global or multi-regional compliance role.
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, COSO, ISO 31000.
Technology literacy: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, AI/ML risks.
Experience managing corporate insurance and broker relationships.
Bachelor's degree required; JD/MBA preferred.
