Senior Director, Global Solutions Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead four regional SE Managers (AMER, EMEA, Channel).
• Design and execute global SE operating model by segment.
• Partner with CS, Revenue, R&D, Eng to drive KPIs and OKRs.
• Develop SEs to deliver compelling pre-sales demos and storytelling.
• Own technical evaluation from discovery to close for bookings/renewals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading global SaaS Solutions Engineering teams.
• 4-6+ years hands-on SE across SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise, Strategic.
• Built multi-layer management (managers of managers).
• Strong coding in JavaScript, Java, Python.
• Deep web tech and scalable architecture expertise.
• Experience with headless solutions, modern commerce stacks, AI/search.
• Proven quota attainment across varied markets.
• CS Master’s degree is nice to have.
