Senior Director, Global Total Rewards (14-Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead a global Total Rewards strategy that supports business priorities and attracts, rewards, and
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team while fostering clear communication, effective
• Strengthen governance, controls, documentation, data integrity, and operating practices to support
• Define the future Total Rewards technology and data ecosystem, including optimization of platforms
• Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and external advisors on executive compensation
• Oversee equity strategy, global compensation programs, job architecture, career levels, geographic

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience leading global Total Rewards programs, including compensation
• Experience guiding Total Rewards strategy and operations through significant organizational growth
• Strong experience advising executives, Compensation Committees, and Boards, with the ability to
• Deep knowledge of equity strategy and governance, including equity ranges, grant programs, refresh
• Experience building or evolving job architecture, career levels, pay bands, geographic frameworks
• Experience leading or sponsoring large-scale human resources information systems (HRIS), payroll
