• 12+ years of professional experience in government relations, public administration, development
• Demonstrated experience working with or within government institutions, multilateral organizations
• Proven experience supporting or leading grassroots and locally led organizations in developing
• Strong understanding of policymaking, development financing, and government systems, with
• Exceptional relationship-building, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills across
