📋 Description

• Lead GTM narrative across Elastic's revenue organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in executive communications or GTM programs.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear executive narratives.
• Strong executive presence and technical writing skills.
• Experience working directly with senior executives.
• Knowledge of SaaS GTM models: annual planning and forecasting.
