Senior Director, Head of Cybersecurity & Privacy Legal

📋 Description

• Lead global data security and privacy legal function.
• Hybrid out of San Jose HQ; remote possible for right candidate.
• Develop and execute global cybersecurity and privacy strategy.
• Report to Deputy General Counsel for Commercial Legal.
• Provide guidance for Privacy/Security by Design across our platform.
• Manage and mentor privacy team of four lawyers.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with active US license
• 15+ years in data security, cybersecurity, privacy for SaaS/Tech
• Experience leading cyber incident response with Security teams
• Experience negotiating security/privacy components of complex contracts
• Experience advising executives and boards on cybersecurity/privacy
• Experience managing a global legal team and cross-functional initiatives
