📋 Description

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the WHOOP healthcare portfolio, translating
• Build, lead, and significantly scale a high-performing Healthcare Product team, developing product
• Partner closely with leaders across Clinical Science, Data Science, Regulatory Affairs
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities across areas such as preventive health, clinical
• Drive product decisions through a combination of scientific evidence, member and customer insights
• Ensure healthcare product strategies appropriately incorporate regulatory requirements, clinical

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including substantial leadership experience building
• Demonstrated success developing and scaling healthcare or health-focused products that deliver
• Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing product teams, including leading
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and business models, including experience working
• Experience developing products within regulated or clinically oriented environments, with
• Proven ability to set product strategy while remaining close to execution, navigate ambiguity
