Senior Director, Information Security Operations and Product Management

📋 Description

• Define and maintain a multi-year security product roadmap aligned with threats and regulations.
• Lead lifecycle of security products and services, incl identity, threat intel, endpoint, firewalls.
• Drive secure-by-design practices across software, cloud, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, privacy, legal, compliance, and business teams to integrate security.
• Establish governance frameworks, controls, and processes for compliance and risk.
• Evaluate and integrate AI and automation to enhance threat detection and response.
• Manage budgets for security products, vendors, and staffing.
• Oversee vendor relationships, assess performance, and negotiate terms.
• Lead security product leaders and engineers; set goals and drive success.
• Communicate security strategies, risks, and priorities to exec leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity/IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years in information security; 7+ years leading security teams.
• Experience managing security product lifecycles from strategy to implementation.
• Strong cybersecurity principles, encryption, data protection, and security operations.
• Hands-on experience with security tech, governance, and enterprise practices.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms and regulatory standards (HIPAA, ISO 27001).
