Senior Director, IT Infrastructure and Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a global team across infrastructure, cloud, network, and IT ops
• Drive cloud transformation and automation for efficiency and scale
• Own IT infrastructure strategy aligned to business priorities
• Ensure highly available, secure, and reliable infrastructure services
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
• Partner with Security and Engineering on risk and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years in IT infrastructure and ops
• 7-10+ years of leadership, including managing leaders
• Experience in enterprise/global environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or TOGAF are a plus
