🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
MBA/PhD/PharmD/MS preferred
15+ years pharma/biotech commercialization or launches
8+ years leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments
Management consulting background preferred
Proficiency with Smartsheet or Monday.com; Tableau/Power BI; Salesforce a plus
