🎯 Requirements

Strategic business acumen and executive leadership
Strong financial and operational management
Ability to influence across matrix organizations
Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, operational excellence, and regulated manufacturing
Excellent communication, change management, and structured problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
