🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions.
• 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy.
• Strong consultative and client-facing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting
• Familiarity with AEP's AI/ML capabilities, including Customer AI (propensity and churn models)
