📋 Description

• Define and execute the multi-year vision for DigitalOcean's networking platform across physical
• Lead the evolution of highly scalable, composable networking architectures that simplify
• Drive the architecture, reliability, and operational excellence of a global networking platform
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization through strong technical
• Work closely with Product, Compute, Storage, GPU, Hardware, Security, and Operations teams to
• Establish engineering mechanisms, metrics, and operational practices that improve availability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large, geographically distributed engineering organizations through significant
• Proven track record of building high-performing engineering leadership teams and scaling
• Ability to influence executive leadership while aligning engineering investments with business
• Deep expertise in cloud networking, distributed systems, and large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience building and operating physical networking infrastructure, software-defined networking
• Strong understanding of networking architectures supporting modern cloud, GPU, and AI workloads.
