Senior Director, North America Compliance

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead Compliance business partner for the U.S. Commercial organization, with primary
• Provide strategic, timely, and practical compliance guidance to senior Commercial and Market Access
• Advise on compliance matters involving payers, pharmacy benefit managers, group purchasing
• Provide guidance on pricing and contracting activities, discounts and rebates, formulary
• Partner with Legal and relevant subject-matter experts to evaluate complex commercial and
• Support Sales and Marketing teams on promotional practices, healthcare professional and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree such as JD, PharmD, MBA, MPH, or similar is
• 12+ years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, or related
• Significant experience supporting U.S. commercial activities, with demonstrated expertise advising
• Strong understanding of the U.S. payer, reimbursement, patient access, trade and distribution, and
• Deep knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance requirements and industry standards, including the
• Demonstrated experience advising on payer and customer engagement, discounts and rebates

• Annual base salary: $231,800–$301,800, with actual compensation determined by factors including
• Eligibility for an annual bonus plan for non-commercial roles.
