🎯 Requirements

• PhD/MS in CS/AI (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years in AI/ML research, productization, or platform leadership
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, DL, RL, and recommendations
• Proven track record translating AI into measurable business outcomes
• End-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
