📋 Description

• Lead the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across a portfolio of
• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders across Lattice Engineering.
• Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for customers globally while enabling rapid product
• Partner with Product and Design to define and prioritize strategy and roadmap that translates into
• Represent Lattice in conversations with key prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with broader Engineering leadership to shape department-wide strategy and goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience with multi-team leadership.
• Experience managing engineering investment across a product portfolio and resource tradeoffs.
• History shipping high-quality, scalable, reliable products.
• Autonomy, ownership, and CEO mindset in decision making.
• Proven ability to develop engineering leaders (ICs and managers).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
