📋 Description

• Lead a 50+ person Talent Engineering organization spanning multiple engineering teams, managers
• Make thoughtful tradeoffs across customer needs, product priorities, engineering investment
• Coach and develop Engineering Managers and senior engineering leaders, raising the bar for
• Partner closely with Product and Design leadership to define, prioritize, and execute product
• Ensure teams deliver reliable, high-quality products while maintaining an effective pace of

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, including at least 5 years leading organizations
• Proven experience managing engineering investment across a portfolio of customer-facing products
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality products where customer trust, reliability
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineering leaders, including Engineering
• Strong product judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Design teams to
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, sound judgment, and strategic thinking, with the ability to
