📋 Description

• Define AI-native dev platform core: LLMs, routing, governance.
• Design AI-driven workflows turning PRDs into code, tests, docs.
• Re-architect inner/outer loop to reduce PR/review friction in CI/CD.
• Standardize AI tool workflows; provide training for R&D.
• Define north-star metrics; dashboards; model-cost, routing, governance.
• Build and lead AI platform eng org for AI agents and dev experience integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in applied AI and agentic architectures.
• 15+ years software engineering with senior leadership experience.
• Experience building/scaling developer platforms, CI/CD, tooling.
• Design end-to-end workflows for scalable platforms.
• Prompt engineering, API design, cost models, governance.
• Drive adoption of tools, workflows, and playbooks across R&D.
• Experience with PCI/SOX compliance; negotiate exceptions.
